Home to Newark Liberty International Airport, the port, regional rail and major highways, CD-10 is at the center of it all. Terminal A at Newark Airport was recently rated among the best in the country much in part to Rep. Payne’s leadership on infrastructure investment. We must remain committed to his vision and continue to invest in our roads, bridges, airport, railway, and port to achieve the most efficient network to facilitate the movement of goods and people. At the same time, we must upgrade our water infrastructure to ensure access to clean water and broadband so that all residents have online access with faster speeds, greater capacity, and more reliability.
